Ridgefield Running Company, recognized nationally as the Best Running Store in America (2022) and a leader in the Connecticut running community, has undertaken a rebranding initiative aimed at creating a cohesive identity that reflects its commitment to athletes across the state.

The four existing locations will now operate under the simplified names Ridgefield Running, Darien Running, Brookfield Running, and Darien Running at Chelsea Piers with a new shared crest, CT Run Co.

As part of this rebranding, the Triskelion Logo will continue to serve as a cornerstone of the brand's identity, symbolizing constant forward motion and progress. This emblem will now be displayed within the outline of the state of Connecticut, further emphasizing the company’s deep-rooted connection to the local running community.

“Our rebranding reflects not only a desire to streamline our identity but also to reinforce our mission to support runners of all levels across Connecticut,” explains owner Megan Searfoss. “We believe that by simplifying our names while retaining the essence of our original logo, we can foster a stronger community tied together by our shared passion for running.”

The new branding launched in recognition of Ridgefield Running Company’s tenth anniversary on October 21, with updated signage, marketing materials and a refreshed online presence.

In addition to the name change, the stores are committed to engaging the community through events, group runs and partnerships with local organizations. CT Run Co. will serve as a unifying crest, symbolizing the spirit of running and connection among the three locations.
